A business club golf programme needs more than a few tee times. Different playing levels, several playing days and additional preferences need to work together.
We help the organiser keep an overview. From the first course choices to the agreed reservations, you discuss the golf programme with one Dutch-speaking point of contact.

Tee times & speelschema
We check options for your party size and coordinate playing days and tee times.
Club hire & buggy’s
On request, we coordinate hire sets and buggies with local providers. Availability and costs are set out in the proposal.
Transfers around your golf
Transport between your accommodation and the course can be included on request. We coordinate routes and timings with the golf programme.
One overview for the organiser
You receive the proposed programme and costs together. We coordinate the agreed reservations and confirmations with you.
Personal coordination
Does your group have specific preferences? We discuss what is possible and set out what is and is not included in your proposal.
Clear about our fee
One service fee. For the group booking.
For business clubs and larger parties of 9 or more players, we charge a €399 service fee per group booking. This covers our advice, preparation of the golf programme and coordination of the agreed golf reservations and services.
The fee is not the price of the complete golf programme. Green fees, club hire, buggies, transfers and other chosen extras are charged separately. Your personal proposal shows the full cost breakdown before you approve it.

After approval and the agreed payment, we coordinate reservations and practical confirmations.

You book flights and accommodation yourself. Our service focuses on the golf programme and agreed additional golf services. An enquiry is not yet a reservation.
Tee times for larger parties, buggies and transfers remain subject to availability. We cannot guarantee consecutive tee times in advance. Your proposal includes payment, change and cancellation arrangements.
