1. Who processes your data?
Golf Concierge is a trading name of LISO. For questions about your personal data, contact us at contact@golfeninportugal.nl.
2. Which data?
Your name, email address and golf preferences: region, party, playing dates, courses and additional services. You may add a phone number, company or club name and comments. Do not send passport details, payment card details or medical information using this form.
3. The enquiry form
The form prepares your enquiry in your browser and does not send it automatically. Golf Concierge receives your data only when you send the prepared email yourself. Copying and downloading are alternatives. Form entries are not retained after reloading the page; your language preference is retained.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We use received data to answer your enquiry, prepare a personal proposal and coordinate agreed golf services. We use necessary data for steps you request before a contract and for performance of a contract. Mandatory administration may be subject to a legal obligation. Any other purposes and legal bases must be established and explained separately before introduction.
5. Sharing with others
We share only data needed for your programme with the relevant course, hire company or transport provider. The website is hosted by STRATO. Your own email provider also processes the content when you send your enquiry. Links to external services open only when you choose them.
6. Retention
Retention depends on your enquiry, performance of any booking, resolution of questions or disputes and applicable legal retention duties. Data no longer needed for those purposes is deleted or anonymised. Ask contact@golfeninportugal.nl which retention period applies to your data.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. Depending on the situation, you may also request restriction or portability, or object to processing. Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it. Email your request to contact@golfeninportugal.nl. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
8. Choice, security and external links
An enquiry is voluntary. Without contact details and sufficient preferences we cannot prepare a suitable proposal. This website uses HTTPS, makes no automated booking decisions and contains no advertising trackers. The hosting provider may process connection data for technical operation and security. Instagram and LinkedIn are external services with their own privacy rules.
